Bring Camp InfoReady to your campus this summer!

Remember your days as a camp counselor? Or missed your chance, but always wanted to be one? Even if you never wanted to have a summer job with sticky kids, mosquito bites and flat mattresses, here’s your chance to gather your colleagues with Camp InfoReady.

Host a camp gathering on your campus to bring together fellow and interested InfoReady admins for 60-90 minutes of information, education and food. Sessions times are available May through August 2024.

The gathering will include InfoReady success stories from your campus, an InfoReady demo and product update with the option to add-on, at no cost, a 20-minute training session on topic of your choice for attendees. And of course, food and camp craft to take home.

What you’ll do

You’ll schedule the session, decide format: in person or virtual (or both), arrange for meeting space, and help communicate the event across campus, through your campus channels. And select a camp craft: Cheerio bird feeders, Popsicle stick frames or friendship bracelets.

What we’ll do

We’ll provide food for attendees, programming support and gifts for all. As a thank you, we’ll send you, the host, a $100 gift card plus a swag pack of InfoReady goodies. When possible, we’ll even attend your in-person event.

What you’ll get

Your campus will get up-to-date information on the latest enhancements to InfoReady, learn about opportunities to cost-share your InfoReady license with other potential admins on campus, a training session at no charge (up to $225 in value) and free food! Oh, and don’t forget about the lovely camp craft you’ll be taking home to show your proud family.
